Hunt for errors @ javajee.com or give suggestions to improve and win attractive prices upto the whole amount we got through our first Google Ads Cheque.
As per our ad policy for this year, we had promised to reveal with you any ad income that we get and will be used for website activities. We got only one cheque from google for the year. Since this is also our first ad check, we decided to share upto the complete amount with you. Since our sites are not optimized for ads, but contents, this small ad cheque is the result of earnings from last 8 years (from August 2006). However the site became active only from Feb 2013 after linking it with the facebook page. Even in last one year we have spent 3 times this amount for hosting expenses.
All our contests till now including the running Technology Comparison Contest are writers contest which means you need to write a blog or article on some topic. However these contest requires you to have some knowledge on the technologies and most of the users @ javajee.com are students; so they requested me to have more simple contests which they can participate. So this will be a readers contest. You don't have to know any topics already.
Another request was that 'Technology Comparison Contest' has lot of rules and to have a contest with less rules. This contest has very simple rules.
This is easter time and we thought of having a contest similar to "Easter Egg Hunt".
Egg hunt is a game during which decorated eggs, real hard-boiled ones or artificial, filled with or made of chocolate candies, of various sizes, are hidden in various places for children to find. The game may be both indoors and outdoors. When the hunt is over, prizes may be given out for various achievements, such as the largest number of eggs collected, for the largest or smallest egg, for the most eggs of a specific color, consolation prizes, booby prizes, etc.
